P-900
Piston plaster-sprayers for common and special plasters
THREE-PHASE OR SINGLE-PHASE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
P.900 is a piston plaster-sprayer/conveyer for common plasters and cementitious materials usually prepared in cement mixers. The machine can be equipped with a 220V, single-phase or a 380V, three-phase motors. The single-phase version is the perfect choice in those cases where costly three-phase connections are not available or desirable (temporary jobsites, renovation works or small spaces) and yet reliability and performance at professional level are required. Power-wise, on average, the three-phase version performs better than the two-phase version. Both P.900 plaster sprayer models are equipped with hoppers featuring a vibrating screen and a stirrer, as well a plaster recycle valve and a built-in compressor with pneumatic remote control to start and stop the pump directly from the spray gun. The piston pump is fitted with gravitational ball valves. The P.900 plaster sprayer is suitable for use with compensated-shrinkage premixed thixotropic plaster, pressure-controlled anti-shrinkage plasters, for strengthening and liquid mortar injection, self-leveling floors, spraying concrete on welded-wire meshes and casting micro-piles. The product meets or exceeds current European standards concerning safety. The manufacturer guarantees the product with the CE-Marking. Each machine comes with complete technical documentation and a set of use and maintenance accessories.
